Suitable for all levels of ability and fitness in a friendly encouraging environment. Check the Teamup website for latest availablity but the class is on Tuesdays with Madi Hearne at 5.30pm

You can go at your own pace and level. Moves are built up until a fun routine is in place. The time flies by!
