Step Class

If you’re looking for a workout that combines burning calories with a fun dance style routine, which is gradually built up over the weeks then this is the ideal class for you. Suitable for all levels of ability and fitness in a friendly encouraging environment. Check the Teamup website for latest availablity but the class is currently twice a week – Tuesdays with Madi Hearne at 5.30pm and Thursdays with Lynne Joyner at 7pm.

You can go at your own pace and level. Moves are built up until a fun routine is in place. The time flies by!
