The Yeofit timetable runs from Monday to Friday and features popular classes including Pilates, Body Conditioning, Boxercise, Core Strength, Kettlercise, Indoor Cycling, Monday Mashup, Power Pump and Yoga.
All classes are held in the studio and should be booked online in advance.
