It’s no wonder why people love to stay fit and healthy at Yeofit. Take a look here at what you can expect when you join one of our fitness classes.

The Yeofit timetable runs from Monday to Friday and features popular classes including Pilates, Zumba, Bootcamp, Circuits, Body Conditioning, Body Weight Strong and Beginners Step Class, Yoga and Power Pump.

All classes are held in the studio and should be booked online in advance. All COVID health and safety measures are in place. Stay tuned for Lynne Joyner Fitness updates on Facebook and Instagram.
