Spinning ®, ie indoor cycling class, is a fantastic, non-impact way to sweat and burn calories in a 45 minute class, that you can still carry out at your own pace – whether a beginner or an experienced on road cyclist!

Silent Spin -was back on! Mondays and Wednesdays 7.30am – when not in lockdown!

Some  classes  incorporates Silent Disco technology but using your own headphones, available to buy or hire, you can have the music blasting in your ears (or not!) and still be guided by your instructor on your rides.

Be one of the first to get into these exclusive classes of 8 and book your place early. The rides and profiles change weekly whether you want hill climbs, seated flats, sprints, endurance strength or undulating.
