Spinning ®, ie indoor cycling class, is a fantastic, non-impact way to sweat and burn calories in a 45 minute class, that you can still carry out at your own pace – whether a beginner or an experienced on road cyclist!

Silent Spin

The Friday morning  class  incorporates Silent Disco technology but using your own headphones, available to buy or hire, you can have the music blasting in your ears (or not!) and still be guided by your instructor on your rides.
