Welcome to Yeofit.  I’m Lynne Joyner, the manager of Yeofit fitness studio at Yeo Valley HQ in Blagdon, near Bristol. With my team of friendly and approachable fitness instructors, personal trainers and physiotherapists, we are dedicated to helping you find the fun in feeling fitter, healthier, stronger and well balanced. Discover a variety of fitness classes from Monday to Friday at Yeofit, ranging from Pilates, Body Conditioning, Core Strength, Kettlercise, Monday Mashup, Post-Natal Fitness, Post-natal Pilates, Power Pump, Spinning and Yoga. We also offer Exercise for Health (e.g. GP referral) and post-COVID rehabilitation.
