Yeofit Classes

It’s no wonder why people love to stay fit and healthy at Yeofit. Take a look here at what you can expect when you join one of our fitness classes.

The Yeofit timetable runs from Monday to Friday and features popular classes including Pilates, Core Strength, Kettlercise, Indoor Cycling, Monday Mashup, Power Pump and Yoga.

All classes are held in the studio and should be booked online in advance.
