Why Pilates?

Regular pilates classes will help you stretch and lengthen all the major muscle groups in your body through developing core strength. Pilates is fantastic for improving your flexibility, posture, energy and promoting a long lean look. It’s not about building bulk but creating core strength that lasts. I’m particularly passionate about offering Pilates classes to all age groups and abilities in the Chew Valley area. From complete beginners to sports professionals, my classes are adaptable for men and women, whatever your age.
