Originally a Chew Medical Practice Chews Health Class, this is slower paced fun Zumba class, ideal for the older adult with a fuller figure who doesn’t want to bounce or jump around, incorporating toning and strengthening work. It can be done seated and includes guidance on weight management. Weighing and measuring is always available in this inclusive and supportive atmosphere. Don’t let your size be your barrier to coming along!
